These chewy sheet pan chocolate chip cookie bars are an easy one bowl recipe, with no mixer required, and baked on a sheet pan. The perfect way to whip up a quick batch of chocolate chip cookies without any of the scooping.
Preheat oven to 325 F. Spray a half sheet pan (18'x13') with cooking spray, you can also line with parchment paper, although it makes it harder to spread.
In a medium bowl, stir together melted butter and both sugars until combined. Add eggs and vanilla and mix again.
Stir in baking soda, salt, cornstarch and flour. Then fold in chocolate chips.
Spread into prepared baking pan and smooth with a spatula to make even for baking.
Bake for 18-22 minutes or until light golden brown along the top and edges. Top with flaked salt. Allow to cool before serving.

Notes
You want to make sure and not over bake these. They will continue to set up as they cool.I have given both cups and grams as measurements. Grams will be more precise, especially when measuring flour. If you don’t have a kitchen scale, no problem! Just lightly spoon flour into your measuring cup to insure its not packed in there. Light and fluffy is the key.
