These cookies and cream cookies have oreo cookie crumbs, white and semi sweet chocolate chips and oreo chunks in every bite. They're sure to be a favorite among oreo cookie lovers!
Preheat oven to 350 F. Line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
Place butter and sugars in the bowl of a stand mixer, fitted with a paddle attachment. Beat on medium-high speed until light and fluffy, 2 to 3 minutes. Add egg and vanilla, mix until smooth on low speed, about 30 seconds.
Add salt, baking soda, oreo crumbs and flour and mix until combined. Fold in the mini chocolate chips, white chocolate chips and 2 oreo cookies that have been broken into small pieces.
Scoop the dough into large ¼ cup cookie dough balls. Top each cookie ball with a few extra oreo pieces.
Bake the cookies for 11-13 minutes. You're looking for a light golden brown outside rim. Sprinkle with flaked salt.
Notes
You can sub in any type of chocolate chips that you prefer, and any flavor of oreo that sounds good!I have given both cups and grams as measurements. Grams will be more precise, especially when measuring flour. If you don’t have a kitchen scale, no problem! Just lightly spoon flour into your measuring cup to insure its not packed in there. Light and fluffy is the key.
