pumpkin protein muffins
Pumpkin protein muffins are a healthier twist on a pumpkin muffin with protein powder and greek yogurt added. Loaded with 8 grams of protein in each muffin.
STEP ONE: M
ix together oil, sugar, syrup, apple sauce, yogurt, pumpkin, eggs and vanilla.
STEP two: A
dd flour, protein powder, pumpkin spice, salt and baking powder.
Scoop batter into muffin tin using 1/4 cup scoop.
STEP four: B
ake at 350 for 20-23 minutes.

llow to cool slightly.
