Pumpkin protein muffins are a healthier twist on a pumpkin muffin with protein powder and greek yogurt added. Loaded with 8 grams of protein in each muffin.

ingredients: -Oil -Brown Sugar -Apple Sauce -Greek Yogurt -Maple Syrup -Pumpkin Puree -Eggs -Vanilla -Baking Powder -Salt -Pumpkin Spice -Flour  -Vanilla Protein

STEP ONE: Mix together oil, sugar, syrup, apple sauce, yogurt, pumpkin, eggs and vanilla.

STEP two: Add flour, protein powder, pumpkin spice, salt and baking powder.

STEP three: Scoop batter into muffin tin using 1/4 cup scoop.

STEP four: Bake at 350 for 20-23 minutes.

STEP five: allow to cool slightly.
