THE SOFTEST COCONUT CAKE
This is the best coconut cake ever. It has coconut inside the cake, a cream cheese frosting, and then beautifully toasted coconut on the outside.
-Yellow Cake Mix
-Vanilla Pudding Mix
STEP ONE: B
eat together cake mix, pudding, eggs, coconut milk
STEP two: F
old in coconut.
Divide batter into three 8" pans.
Bake at 325 for 23-25 minutes. Cool.
Beat cream cheese, butter, vanilla, powdered sugar and coconut milk together for frosting.
Frost cake and top with toasted coconut flakes.
