Pumpkin Cinnamon rolls
These pumpkin cinnamon rolls are made using pumpkin puree and spice in the dough, filled with a buttery brown sugar filling and topped with a cream cheese glaze.

STEP ONE: M
ix the warm milk with sugar and yeast and allow the yeast to activate.
STEP two: M
ix in the pumpkin, eggs and butter until combined.
STEP three: a
dd in flour, salt and pumpkin spice. Mix together until the dough forms a ball.
STEP four: C
over the dough with a cloth and let it rise until doubled in size, about an hour.
STEP five: r
oll dough into a rectangle. Spread butter, brown sugar, cinnamon and pumpkin spice along the top.
STEP six: R
oll the dough into a log and cut into 12 rolls. Place in a baking pan and allow to rise again.
STEP seven: B
ake rolls at 375 for 18-22 minutes. Then allow to cool before glazing.
STEP eight: m
ix together cream cheese, butter, vanilla, powdered sugar and milk. Spread evenly on top of rolls. Enjoy!
