Pecan pumpkin bars


Pecan pumpkin bars have a brown sugar shortbread crust, topped with a pumpkin pie filling and then a pecan crumble.


ingredients: -Butter -Sugar -Brown Sugar -Eggs -Pumpkin -Evaporated Milk -Vanilla -Baking Powder -Salt -Cinnamon -Flour  -Pumpkin Spice -Pecans  -Coconut

STEP ONE: Make the crust blending together butter, brown sugar, cinnamon, salt and flour. Bake for 13 minutes. Cool.

STEP two: Mix together pumpkin, sugars, milk, eggs, vanilla, salt and pumpkin spice.

STEP three: mix together pecans, coconut, brown sugar, cinnamon, salt and butter.

STEP four: pour pumpkin filling on cooled crust and top with pecan topping.

STEP five: Bake at 375 for 40 minutes, or until no longer wobbly in the center.

allow bars to cool to room temperature, and then set in the fridge. Cut & enjoy!
