Pecan pumpkin bars
Pecan pumpkin bars have a brown sugar shortbread crust, topped with a pumpkin pie filling and then a pecan crumble.
STEP ONE: M
ake the crust blending together butter, brown sugar, cinnamon, salt and flour. Bake for 13 minutes. Cool.

ix together pumpkin, sugars, milk, eggs, vanilla, salt and pumpkin spice.

ix together pecans, coconut, brown sugar, cinnamon, salt and butter.
STEP four: p
our pumpkin filling on cooled crust and top with pecan topping.

ake at 375 for 40 minutes, or until no longer wobbly in the center.
llow bars to cool to room temperature, and then set in the fridge. Cut & enjoy!
