Lotus Biscoff Cake


This lotus biscoff cake is a layer cake filled with biscoff cookie spread (cookie butter), and biscoff cookies. It's the ultimate biscoff lover's dream!


ingredients: -Butter -Biscoff Spread -Brown Sugar -Eggs -Vanilla -Oil -Buttermilk -Baking Powder -Baking Soda -Salt -Cinnamon -Flour  -Biscoff Cookies -Powdered Sugar -Cream

STEP ONE: Mix together butter, sugars, eggs and vanilla. Add sour cream, oil and biscoff spread.

STEP two: whisk together dry ingredients in a small bowl.

STEP three: mix dry ingredients in alternating with the buttermilk.

STEP four: Fold in biscoff cookie crumbles.

STEP five: spread batter evenly among 3 pans.

STEP six: Bake cake layers at 325 for  27-30 minutes.

STEP seven: cream together butter and biscoff spread. Add salt, powdered sugar and cream and beat until smooth.

STEP Eight: Frost cake and then place dollops of biscoff spread around.

STEP nine: using a knife or a spoon swirl frosting and biscoff spread together.
