ix together butter, sugars, eggs and vanilla. Add sour cream, oil and biscoff spread.

hisk together dry ingredients in a small bowl.

ix dry ingredients in alternating with the buttermilk.

old in biscoff cookie crumbles.

pread batter evenly among 3 pans.

ake cake layers at 325 for
27-30 minutes.

ream together butter and biscoff spread. Add salt, powdered sugar and cream and beat until smooth.
