Easy Strawberry turnovers


Quick and easy strawberry turnovers made with a puff pastry and homemade sweet strawberry filling. Buttery, flaky and so delicious!


STEP ONE: Bring strawberries, sugar, cornstarch and lemon to a boil.

STEP TWO: Remove from heat. Add zest, vanilla and salt. Set aside to cool.

STEP Three: Roll out puff pastry and cut into 4 equal squares.

STEP four: Place 2 tbsp of filling in the middle of each pastry square.

STEP five: Brush edges with egg wash, close and seal with a fork.

STEP six: Bake at 400 for 17-20 minutes. Cool.

STEP seven: Drizzle with glaze. ENJOY!
