Cranberry Sour Cream Bundt Cake


Cranberry sour cream bundt cake is a moist and tender cake filled with tart cranberries and a subtle taste of orange and cinnamon.


ingredients: -Oil -Oranges -Sugar -Eggs -Vanilla -Sour Cream -Baking Powder -Salt -Cinnamon -Flour  -Cranberries -Butter -Powdered Sugar

STEP ONE: Rub together sugar and zest of an orange until it becomes fragrant.

STEP two: Add oil, eggs, sour cream, vanilla and orange juice to sugar mixture and beat.

STEP three: Whisk in dry ingredients until all combined.

STEP four: Fold in cranberries.

STEP five: bake in bundt pan for 55-60 minutes. Cool.

STEP six: mix together butter, orange juice and powdered sugar and pour over cake.
