Chewy Biscoff Blondies
These chewy biscoff blondies are made using both biscoff spread and biscoff cookies. They’re the ultimate gooey and buttery bar with little bits of crunch in every bite.
Whisk together butter, biscoff spread and brown sugar.
STEP two: A
dd egg, yolk and vanilla and whisk until smooth.
Mix in dry ingredients. Smooth batter into baking pan.
Top blondie batter with biscoff cookies.
Bake at 350 degrees for 22
minutes. Allow to cool completely.
