blackberry oatmeal muffins


These blackberry oatmeal muffins are hearty, simple to make, and healthy enough to feel good about eating a few.


ingredients: -Oats -Buttermilk -Oil -Brown Sugar -Eggs -Vanilla -Baking Powder -Baking Soda -Salt -Cinnamon -Flour  -Blackberries

STEP ONE: Soak oats and buttermilk for 10 minutes.

STEP two: add oil, sugar, eggs and vanilla. Mix.

STEP three: Add dry ingredients and mix until combined.

STEP four: Fold in blackberries.

STEP five: Bake at 400 F for 16-20 minutes.

STEP six: Allow to cool slightly. Slather with butter and enjoy!
