Blackberry apple crumble


This blackberry and apple crumble is bursting with so many delicious flavors from brown sugar and cinnamon coated blackberries and apples, and the buttery, oat crumble top.


ingredients: -Butter -Sugar -Brown Sugar -Cornstarch -Salt -Cinnamon -Flour  -Oats -Blackberries -Apples -Lemon juice

STEP ONE: Make the topping by combining flour, oats, cinnamon, salt and both sugars. Mix and then add butter and mix again.

STEP two: Make the filling by combining diced apples, blackberries, sugars, cinnamon, lemon juice and cornstarch.

STEP three: Add apple and blackberry mixture to a 9 inch pie plate or pan.

STEP four: top fruit filling with crumble topping. 

STEP five: Bake at 350 for 30 minutes or until fruit it bubbling.

Serve with a scoop of vanilla ice cream!
