Biscoff brownies are a chewy and fudgy chocolate brownie swirled with biscoff cookie butter, and topped with chunks of biscoff cookies for some extra crunch.


ingredients: -Butter -Chocolate Chips -Sugar -Eggs -Vanilla -Salt -Flour  -Cocoa -Biscoff Butter -Biscoff Cookies

STEP ONE: Melt butter and chocolate together in microwave.

STEP two: Whisk in sugar, eggs & vanilla.

STEP three: Mix in dry ingredients. Fold in chocolate chips.

STEP Four: Spread half of the brownie batter on the bottom of the prepped pan.

STEP Five: Drop dollops of cookie butter on top of the brownie base, followed by the remaining brownie batter.

STEP six: Carefully run a knife through the batter to swirl together.

STEP seven: Top batter with broken cookie pieces. Bake at 325 for 30 minutes.

Allow to cool.  Cut and enjoy!
